FULL PLANNING APPROVED!
Five new Cafes and Restaurants will be created around a new Mall
Square with an open Cinema Foyer accessing Seven Screens. Two new
Mall entrances will provide level access to Cheap Street and Market
Street and continue the Centre's new branding. The building has
been designed to integrate sympathetically with Newbury.
